Once purchased, whenever you want to redeem a ticket, log into your account and go to the match that you would like to attend. Once logged in, you will see the option to redeem your zero price adult / concession ticket. Select a ticket and go through the checkout process - you will not be charged and your ticket will be emailed to you for that specific game. You will be able to choose any ten home League matches throughout the 2026/27 season.

Please note that no refunds can be given if you do not attend ten home League games.
