The powerful, no-nonsense Scot enjoyed a playing career which took him from Ayr United to Celtic, Aston Villa and Bayern Munich. A cult figure amongst the fans, he went on to become a much-loved and respected pundit who tells it like it is and he’s got some great stories and thoughts to share on his career and the game in general.
